Dear Joni,

Our wedding reception was BETTER than our dreams and expectations of what we could have only hoped it could be. You and your staff should be very proud of how spectacular the room looked, how delicious the food was, how efficient and courteous your staff is, how completely organized you were and how you took the worry and stress off of us and our parents.

Darren and I are still on Cloud 9 & smiling and can't stop talking about how much FUN  we had. It was all because of YOU. We saw our guests today at the hotel and are still getting bombarded with calls about how incredible the food was including the presentation. They could not get over how attentive your staff was and how smoothly everything went. Thank you so much for making our dream come true. Without you, our reception could not have been a reality and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing AN ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS JOB! We could not be happier. I mean that! We will be in touch when we get back from our honeymoon!

I just returned back from our honeymoon, and I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job You have done. You put together My wedding exactly as i envisioned it. I dad so many people tell me how great the food was ETC.... I can't express I was with everything. " Even with the heat". Dear Joni,

Thank you so much for the amazing job you and your staff did for my Grandmother's 100th Birthday. It was such an unusual and important occasion for our family-and You really seemed to "get" it. My Grandmother loved you and seemed so comfortable having You "take over" in her home of 50 years-which is saying quite a bit, believe Me.

It was wonderful working with You and your lovely staff. The evening ran so smoothly, the food was elegantly served and received with rave reviews by all. In fact one of our more discerning New York relatives claimed it was " upper east side " good. Funny.

The 100th birthday cake was magnificent-art actually-and was at one point mistaken for a real present. Bravo!

So we thank you again for the attention to detail and to the emotion of the evening. We only hope there are more momentous occasions ahead for us to call on you!
